Cheryl Green has held various roles in HR and personnel management throughout their career. Cheryl started as an HR Officer at Tiny Computers Limited in 1999 and worked there until 2002. Cheryl then became a Personnel Resources Officer at Associated Newspapers in 2002, before moving on to Egmont as a Personnel Officer in 2004. In 2005, they joined Ingeus as an HR Manager and stayed there until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at ATOC (now Rail Delivery Group) as an HR Manager before being promoted to Head of HR. Currently, Cheryl works at Rail Delivery Group as the Head of People and Inclusion, a position they have held since 2022.
Cheryl Green's education history includes a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies from the University of Gloucestershire, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Cheryl later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management of Human Resources from the same university from 1998 to 1999.
