Sarah Buchanan-Morgan

Sarah Buchanan-Morgan is an experienced project and engagement manager with a diverse background in the rail industry, currently serving at Rail Delivery Group since March 2019 in various roles including Project Manager and Network Performance Engagement Manager. Sarah has also supported the National Task Force Programme and the Network Performance Board Programme. From August 2022 to January 2024, Sarah worked as Engagement & Programme Manager for the Great British Railways Transition Team, focusing on regional partnerships. Prior to this, Sarah held positions at West Midlands Trains and London Midland as Traincrew Diagramming Manager and also served as Prosecutions Manager and HR Administrator. Sarah began a career in law with a work experience placement at Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP and completed a Legal Practice Course at The University of Law.
