Kirsten Baggaley

Kirsten Baggaley began their work experience in 2008 at EY, where they held roles as an Associate from September 2008 to September 2010, and as an Executive from September 2010 to September 2011. In 2011, they joined Railpen as a Financial Accountant, and later became the Head of Finance (Corporate) in February 2016. In May 2020, Kirsten assumed the role of Director of Finance at Railpen, where they are responsible for leading and managing key finance areas and working closely with the Board, Executive Committee, and external advisors.

Kirsten Baggaley attended Durham University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Natural Sciences. Kirsten later went on to study at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland from 2008 to 2010, earning a CA qualification.
