The executive team at Railroad Software has a history in both engineering and automated railroads. The team's founder got their start as an engineer at various companies before starting AutomatedRail. The company's lead pastor also has a background in engineering, attending the Florida Institute of Technology. The team also includes a high school graduate from Cripple Creek-Victor High School.
