Connie Nordhues-Bieber has extensive experience in the railway industry. Connie began their career in 2002 as Director of Client Finance at First Data Resources. In 2005, they took on two roles, National Account Executive at Railpower and National Sales and Product Service Executive at RJ Corman Railpower. In 2011, they became Product Line Manager - Locomotives at Invensys Rail Corporation, and in 2013 they were Sales Account Executive at Nomad Digital. From 2014 to 2017, they were Business Development Manager at RELCO Locomotives, and in 2020 they became VP Value Solutions at 4Atmos Technologies, LLC. In 2021, they assumed the role of Owner/President at Nordhues Railway Value Solutions, and in 2022 they were appointed VP Customer Engagement at Railspire.

Connie Nordhues-Bieber attended Creighton University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting.
