Jenny Trist

Jenny Trist has over 20 years of experience in various HR leadership roles. Jenny is currently the Chief People Officer at Railsbank. Prior to that, they worked as the Global VP of Human Resources - Cyber Security at NTT Security (UK) Limited, where they managed and developed a global team and implemented HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Jenny also worked at NTT Security as a Strategic Business Partner, where they managed a global team and supported a workforce restructure. Jenny has additional experience as an HR Project Manager at Thames Water and SAS, where they led transformation projects and implemented talent management processes. Jenny has also held interim HR leadership positions at Biogen Idec, AEA Technology, Symbian/Symbian Foundation, and Dell Corporation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in organizational design, talent management, and HR project management.
