Todd Marklin is a diligent railroad professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership, project management, and capital planning. Todd has demonstrated expertise in leveraging public funding and private equity relationships to achieve infrastructure investment goals. Todd's most recent role was as the Vice President of Engineering at Gulf & Atlantic Railways, LLC. Todd also served as the Chief Engineer at Pioneer Lines and held positions such as Senior Engineering Project Manager at Watco Companies LLC and Director of Engineering at Palmetto Railways. Prior to these roles, Todd worked as a Track Safety Inspector at the Federal Railroad Administration and as a General Roadmaster at RailAmerica / NCVA, CARR. Todd also has experience as a Project Manager at Clayton / Kanza Construction, INC and as a Regional Roadmaster at OmniTRAX. Todd's career in the railroad industry began at CSX, where they started as an Assistant Roadmaster / Track Inspector and worked for almost a decade.

Todd Marklin holds a PMP in Project Management from Purdue University. Todd attended Zion Lutheran High School from 1997 to 1999. Furthermore, they acquired a PMP in Rail, with a focus on Project Management, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Todd also obtained a diploma from Zion Lutheran.
