Ofer Grisaro

Ofer Grisaro has a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in various industries. Ofer currently serves as the VP of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing at Rail Vision Ltd, where they oversee the sales and marketing department and has successfully secured sales in multiple regions. Prior to Rail Vision, Ofer worked as the Europe Sales Manager at NSO Group, where they guided intricate sales processes and established partner and channel associations. Ofer has also held positions such as Director of Global Sales and Business Development at DSIT Solutions Ltd, Sales Team Lead at Elbit Systems Ltd, and Director of Global Sales and Marketing at Orlite Industries. Additionally, Ofer gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager at 3M, where they expanded the customer base and led various business planning and development initiatives. Ofer began their career as a Sales Manager at Barkai Benny Brookstein, where they led successful contracts with public and private companies.

Ofer Grisaro received their BA in Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between the years 1999 and 2002. Ofer then pursued an MBA in International Marketing from the same university, completing it between 2002 and 2005.
