Khaya Madlwabinga

Khaya Madlwabinga is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal capacities. Currently serving as an Advocate at Advocates Group 21 since December 2022, Khaya has held significant roles at the Railway Safety Regulator since June 2014, including Acting Executive: Legal Services and Senior Manager: Corporate Legal Support - Regulation and Governance. Previous positions include Pupil Advocate at The Johannesburg Society of Advocates, Legal Advisor at the Department of Water Affairs, and Senior Law Researcher at the Land Claims Court, among others.
