John Doerr

John Doerr has had an extensive career in sales training and performance improvement, serving as President and Co-Founder of RAIN Group since 2002. John also founded RainToday in 2003 and co-founded Wellesley Hills Group in 2002. Prior to these roles, they held leadership positions at Linkage, (MCE) Management Centre Europe, and the American Management Association.

John Doerr completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College in 1973. John then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 1977 to 1981.
