Susie Mathieson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales training, recruitment, and process development. Currently serving as a Sales Trainer & Coach at the small stuff, Susie specializes in delivering tailored sales training solutions in both English and German, as well as developing recruitment strategies and onboarding programs. Susie also holds roles as a Regional Facilitator at RAIN Group, Co-Host of The Sales Dojo Podcast, and Anecdote Partner, certified in Story-Powered Sales™. Previous positions include Sales Manager DACH at ALLDATA, European Sales Manager at Farecla Products Limited, and various leadership roles at AkzoNobel and ICI Paints, contributing to significant growth and market strategy development.
