Wendy Berry has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Wendy started as a Lead Recruiter and Staffing Consultant at Humera, where they managed a team and recruited candidates for different positions. Wendy then worked as a Human Resources Assistant Manager at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, where they oversaw the HR department and managed the employee lifecycle. After that, Wendy worked as an Employee Relations Representative at Fairview Health Services, providing guidance on performance and policy adherence. Wendy later became the Director of Human Resources at Stock+Field, leading talent acquisition and implementing new practices. Currently, Wendy is working as a Human Resources Director at Rainbow Health, where they provide guidance on performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Additionally, they serve as a City Council Member for the City of West St. Paul.

Wendy Berry has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Individualized Studies with a focus on Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Metro State University. Wendy also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities from Minneapolis College.
