Kathryn joined Raines to help build our Advisory team’s Organizational Consulting capability, based out of the Chicago office, with a primary focus and specialty in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. With a foundation in applied neuroscience, Kathryn takes a brain-based approach to problem-solving and insight generation across Advisory practice areas.
