Tracy Slappey is the Vice President of Property Operations at Rainey Property Management. Tracy has over 15 years of experience in the property management industry.

Tracy started their career as a Regional Manager at Capstone Real Estate Services in 2003. In 2005, they became the Director of Operations at Realtex Development. In 2007, they became the Regional Vice President at Campus Advantage.

Tracy has a track record of success in developing and implementing operational strategies that result in increased efficiencies and profitability. Tracy is a strong leader with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
