Nithya Udayakumar

Nithya Udayakumar has a diverse work experience in the quality assurance and supply chain field. Nithya is currently working at Rainfed Foods as a QA & supply chain lead. Prior to this, they worked at Richardson International as a Grain Quality professional from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they were a QA Lab Manager at Grain Millers Inc. from 2013 to 2015. Nithya also served as a Production Supervisor at Louis Dreyfus Company from 2010 to 2013. Nithya'searlier experiences include working as a Research Assistant at McCain Foods from 2008 to 2010 and at the University of Manitoba from 2006 to 2008.

Nithya Udayakumar completed their bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Manitoba between 2006 and 2008.
