Anthony Semeraro G.i.t

Anthony Semeraro, G.I.T, is an experienced professional in geology and aviation. Currently serving as a Student Pilot at Rainier Flight Service since May 2023, Anthony previously held the position of Staff Geologist at NV5 | PES Environmental, Inc. from August 2022 to May 2023. At Western Washington University, Anthony worked as a Teaching Assistant Coordinator, managing geology TA labs and developing curriculum for GEOL 101. Prior roles include Ocean Data Tech at RPS North America, where time series dredging data was analyzed, and Research Collaborator with the Keck Geology Consortium, focusing on paleo-vegetation and sedimentation measurements. Anthony's diverse background also includes performing as a Bass Musician for Covey Theatre Company and completing internships related to process engineering at Novelis. Anthony holds a Master's degree in Geology/Earth Science from Western Washington University and has qualifications from multiple institutions, including a Chemical Engineering background from Rochester Institute of Technology and risk management certification from NOLS.
