Amanda Potter Cole has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amanda is currently working as a Project Manager at Rainplan since February 2022. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2021, they served as a Project Manager at FLEX 360, where they contributed to constructing websites and maintaining relationships with clients. From 2012 to 2017, Amanda worked as a Freelance Communications & Project Management professional at AMP•SEE Ideas, offering their services to nonprofit organizations and small businesses. In 2012, they temporarily held the position of Grants Coordinator at the Arkansas Department of Health. Amanda also worked extensively at the Women's Foundation of Arkansas, where they served as the Director of Outreach from 2010 to 2012, Director of Operations from 2007 to 2010, and Administrative Assistant in 2006. Amanda started their career at City Year Little Rock, where they worked as a Civic Engagement Senior Corps Member from 2005 to 2006, and as a Founding Year Corps Member from 2004 to 2005.
Amanda Potter Cole completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies at Hendrix College from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Eureka Springs High School from 1996 to 2000. Amanda also holds various additional certifications, including Strategic Planning Foundations and Tanner Woodford: The Value of Building and Growing Community, both obtained from LinkedIn in September 2021. Amanda also obtained CPR recertification from the American Red Cross in September 2017.
