Tracy Griffin

Tracy Griffin has over 25 years of experience in business development and account management. Tracy began their career in 1995 as an Assistant Product Manager at Merrell Footwear. In 1999, they moved to Karhu USA as a Product Development and Marketing Manager. In 2004, they became the Sales & Marketing Director at Exel Sports Oy. In 2008, Griffin co-founded Bounce Fitness, a company dedicated to delivering high quality fitness products and programs. From 2013 to 2016, they held the role of Business Development at Hatch Beauty Labs. In 2017, they became the E-Commerce Sales Manager at Hatch Beauty. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Business Development Director at LDR Consulting. Griffin is currently the Director of Business Development and Account Management at RSL Beauty Innovations.

Tracy Griffin attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing.
