Jeannot Hutcheson, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as HR and Talent Executive at Raise the Roof Productions since August 2022, having previously held the same role at Pact from 2021 to 2022, where contributions included the creation of 'Nations and Regions Talent and Diversity Resources' to enhance diversity and inclusion for PACT members. Jeannot's extensive experience at Raise the Roof Productions began in 2010, progressing from Production Executive Assistant to Talent Manager, focusing on resourcing talent for production teams and overseeing various operational aspects. Jeannot's earlier career includes serving as Production Coordinator at BBC Scotland, with credits on BBC Two and BBC Current Affairs. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Human Resource Management from Strathclyde Business School and an MA Hons in Film & TV/Theatre Studies from the University of Glasgow.

Raise the Roof specialises in factual, popular factual and factual entertainment television programmes. Based in Glasgow, we're the largest true ‘Indie’ in Scotland. We've produced over 600 hours of original programming and created ten returning formats.
