Alina Sazonova

Alina Sazonova began their work experience in 2016 as a Personal Assistant at Baby-club, where they were responsible for controlling and organizing tasks, working with clients, and managing information in the CRM system. Alina then worked as a Sales and Account Manager in the tourism industry from February 2019 to November 2021, where they were involved in sales, correspondence, and conducting telephone interviews. From November 2021 to March 2022, Alina worked as an IT Recruiter at recruitment agency Talent, focusing on recruiting for various IT roles. Currently, they are employed as an HR Manager at Raison, starting in May 2022.

Alina Sazonova obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University. Alina pursued their education at the university from 2016 to 2020.
