Mitch Hatscher has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience design. Mitch started their career at SAP AG as a User Interface Design Specialist and Consultant, where they worked on interaction design for SAP's NetWeaver-based applications and customer-specific software solutions. Mitch also created a User Interface Pattern library and conducted user research.
After that, Mitch worked at AOL as a Senior User Interface Manager, where they were responsible for usability within AOL Germany. Mitch'srole involved defining foundational usability principles, interaction design, and promoting usability throughout the organization.
