Wellington Bravo

Wellington Bravo has a diverse work experience that spans from 2005 to the present. Wellington began their career as an Accounting and Cost Analyst at Gota Dourada Produtos Cosméticos before moving on to roles such as Senior Technical Consultant at Lago Consultoria e Sistemas, Manager External Auditor at PwC, and Financial and Administration Controller at Sapec Group - Agro Business. Wellington then transitioned to roles at Raízen, including Group Controller, Investor Relationship & Corporate FP&A Senior Manager, and Global Director of Finance Trading, Credit and Market Risk Management. Wellington has also been actively involved in associations like Associação Brasileira de Bioinovação - ABBI and has taken on coaching roles at FIA Business School. Wellington's expertise lies in financial management, business finance, M&A, strategic projects, and mentorship.

Wellington Bravo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Contabilidade from Centro Universitário Moura Lacerda in 2008. Wellington later pursued further education, including a Master of Business Administration in Gestão Financeira, Controladoria e Auditoria from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2014, and a Master of Business Administration in Gestão de Negócios e Projetos from UC Irvine in 2016. Wellington also completed the ACCA - Professional Qualification for Accounting and Business Management from ACCA in 2019. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including TOEIC, English for work and business strategies, Auditor independente (CNAI), and Certified of Public Accountant (CPA) over the years.
