Namrata Chatterjee

Namrata Chatterjee is a Junior Research Fellow at the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology since September 2023, focusing on the dissection of APLF chaperoning EMT in development. Previously, Namrata held a Clinical Trail Intern position at Bayer in August 2023, gaining insights into clinical trial conduct and documentation. Namrata served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela from March 2022 to May 2023, supporting courses in Immunotechnology and Bioprocess Instrumentation and Control. Namrata's postgraduate research involved an M. Tech dissertation on innovative treatments for Glioblastoma Multiforme. Namrata also completed a Summer Research Fellowship at INSA in 2022 and engaged in various research internships, including a Bachelor Thesis focused on lactic acid bacteria and a project on discovering potential drugs for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from the Heritage Institute of Technology.
