Frank A.

Frank A. has a strong background in software engineering and technology leadership. Frank most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer at RAK Digital Assets Oasis, a Free Zone in the UAE supporting digital assets companies. Prior to that, Frank held the same position at RAK International Corporate Centre, a government entity. Frank also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Rain, a licensed crypto-asset platform in the Middle East. Frank has experience in managing technology teams, scaling organizations during periods of rapid growth, and leading digital transformation initiatives. Frank has previously worked at prominent companies such as Emirates Group, Gamesys, Amazon, BlackRock, UBS, and Goldman Sachs.

Frank A. has a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford. Frank also has a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems & Management from Birkbeck College, University of London. Prior to that, they completed their GCSE O & A'Level education at Achimota School. In addition, Frank holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2016 and 2012 respectively.
