Oksana Klimova

Oksana Klimova is an experienced Engineering Manager at Raketech since October 2023, previously serving as a Software Engineering Lead at EPAM Systems from 2015 to October 2023, where management of over 40 personnel and development of complex architectures using JavaScript and Node was achieved. Oksana also worked as a Technical Consultant at eQualitie during May to November 2022, overseeing the allocation and coaching of fellows in a Web Security Fellowship program. Earlier roles include Frontend-developer at Veeam Software, creating marketing materials and interactive games. Oksana's education includes multiple programs from EPAM UpSkill and a Master's degree in Ecology and Natural Resource Management from Saint Petersburg State University.
