Pawel Defée

Pawel Defée is a highly experienced rocket scientist, currently employed at Rakettitiede Oy since August 2015, specializing in the design of ultra-low power, wearable, and IoT products with a focus on embedded technologies, power consumption, and mesh communication networks. Prior to this, Pawel held roles as a SW Systems Expert in the Internet of Things at NDC Networks and as a Software Specialist at Embedded Technologies, involving the design and implementation of systems for various demanding industrial applications. As an owner of Chiralion Ltd for over a decade, Pawel provided consulting services for mobile devices and embedded systems. Additional experience includes positions at Maquet Critical Care, Ericsson Mobile Broadband Modules, SonyEricsson, a startup, PacketVideo, and Sony, where Pawel contributed to the development of medical equipment, mobile broadband solutions, secure telephony products, and multimedia applications. Pawel holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering and Mathematics from Tampere University of Technology.
