Adam Kahr

Adam Kahr is a highly skilled data engineer with extensive experience in software development and system architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Rakuten USA since February 2018, Adam leads the development of a sophisticated analytics system for a major Japanese affiliate marketing company, focusing on the creation of Apache Hive and Impala ETL pipelines and the design of REST APIs. Prior to this role, Adam was a Senior Software Engineer at Koverse, Inc., where contributions included the creation of an enterprise Hadoop Data Lake and systems for global radar information ingestion. Earlier experience includes positions as Lead Developer/Architect at Boeing, where Adam led the development of applications for Airplane Health Management, and as a Senior Technical Consultant/Architect at Sila Solutions Group, focusing on real-time monitoring solutions for military and commercial aircraft.
