Shaneima Adams

Shaneima Adams has extensive work experience in the field of accounting and finance. Shaneima is currently working at Rakuten International as the Lead Accounting Manager since May 2023, after previously serving as an Accounting Manager from November 2022 to May 2023. Prior to their role at Rakuten, they worked at Brunswick Group as an Accounting Manager from January 2021 until their transition to Rakuten in 2022. Before joining Brunswick Group, they held the position of Senior Accountant at Brunswick Group from 2015 to December 2020. Shaneima also gained experience as a Senior Corporate Accountant at The New York Times in 2014 and as an Accounting and Finance Manager at Sony Music Entertainment from May 2013 to July 2014. Shaneima started their career at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., where they held various roles including Corporate Accountant, Internal Auditor, and Accounts Payable Associate from 2007 to 2013.

Shaneima Adams has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from Queens College, and has also taken courses from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI).
