Faith Huckel Motter has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Faith is currently serving as the Chief Philanthropy Officer at Raleigh Rescue Mission since 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and held various roles at Restore NYC, including Interim Executive Director, Director of Strategic Gifts, and Co-founder. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as the Director of Development and Communication at Blue Sky Bridge, a Child Advocacy Center in Boulder, CO. Before that, they served as the Director of Development at Western Youth Network from 2012 to 2015. Faith also has experience as the Executive Director and Co-founder of Restore NYC from 2008 to 2012. Faith began their career as a Volunteer Manager at Hope for New York from 2004 to 2007.

Faith Huckel Motter has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Columbia University, which they obtained between 2003 and 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree in Social Administration at Temple University from 1997 to 2002.

Additionally, Faith has obtained additional certifications. In January 2009, they completed a Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) at Columbia University in the City of New York. In February 2008, they completed a certification in General Management at Columbia Business School.
