Rashaan Griffith

Rashaan Griffith has over 14 years of experience in software development. Rashaan is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at EnviroSpark Energy Solutions since February 2023. Prior to this, Rashaan worked at Rali as a Technical Director, where they led a team of developers to build a Change Experience Platform using various technologies such as React, Nextjs, TypeScript, Nodejs, Redux, CSS, TailwindCSS, HTML5, Java, and PostgreSQL. Rashaan also worked closely with business and product teams to design and develop scalable applications. In addition, they managed other developers' work and facilitated their professional growth through reviewing code submissions and providing coaching.

Before Rali, Rashaan worked at Turner (Turner Broadcasting System, Inc) as a Software Developer for five years. There, they developed the March Madness Live web application annually, as well as NBA's interactive Leaguepass application, using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node, SASS, and Handlebars. Rashaan was responsible for delivering large-scale, responsive web applications for both desktop and mobile devices.

Rashaan's earlier experience includes working at Endavo Media and Communications, Inc. as a Software Developer, where they created a dynamic and interactive media player using Flash, Flex, and JavaScript. Rashaan also incorporated REST APIs to generate dynamic content based on user input.

Rashaan Griffith obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Rashaan attended the institute from 1998 to 2003.
