Adam Lucka

Adam Lucka has over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. In 2021, they joined Rallybio as a CMC Lead. From 2007 to 2021, they worked at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Senior Director of Product Development Operations, Associate Director of Technical Project Management, and Scientist II of Protein Characterization. Prior to that, they worked at Agilent Technologies as a Field Services Engineer from 2006 to 2007 and at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as Scientist I of Protein Characterization from 2003 to 2006. From 2001 to 2003, they worked at Merck as a Research Biochemist where they characterized protease inhibitors related to Alzheimer's disease and performed numerous immunoprecipitation MLDO-ToF studies related to AD. Adam also developed techniques for the operation of a modified IRMPD and ESI/MALDI external ion accumulation sources for FT-ICR MS.

Adam Lucka attained a Dual Certification in Medical Device and Pharmaceuticals from Regulatory Affairs Professional Society in 2011. Adam also completed an MS in Analytical Medicinal Chemistry from Purdue University between 1997 and 2001.
