Melanie Kennedy

Melanie Kennedy is an experienced educator with a strong background in elementary education. Currently serving as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Elkhorn Public Schools since July 2013, Melanie will soon embark on a new teaching journey in a growing district closer to home. Previously, Melanie taught 3rd Grade and 5th Grade at Ralston Public Schools, where responsibilities included team teaching and providing lesson accommodations. Melanie has earned a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Northwest Missouri State University. Additionally, coursework includes a specialization in Library and Information Science.
