Mike Hegman

Mike Hegman has over 18 years of experience at RAM Partners and currently oversees the company’s maintenance, construction, and engineering department. He is responsible for the oversight and development of best-in-class programs and practices across the company’s portfolio. Mike provides project management for the re-engineering of all major systems on the interior and exterior of apartment communities throughout the country totaling $3B in capital improvements to date. These projects occur at occupied properties while maintaining the resident’s comfort level creating seamless capital improvements. Mike also leads the RAM Partners due diligence facilities projects creating a detailed scope of work and property assessment leading to the acquisition of over $1.5B in assets.

With over 40 years in the service industry, Mike has prior experience serving as a Chief Engineer in the hotel/ hospitality industry and as the Director of Facilities for Post Properties. He is a graduate of Control Data Technical Institute as a computer technician and is licensed as a First Class Unlimited Stationary Engineer in the State of Florida. Mike is CPO certified and has an EPA Universal License.
