Rachel Russell Krenz

Rachel Russell Krenz has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate development industry. Rachel started their career as an Assistant at George Sexton Associates. Rachel then worked as a Program Associate at the National Trust for Historic Preservation, focusing on statewide and local partnerships. Krenz then joined Grubb Properties as a Vice President, where they worked in real estate development for over six years. Rachel later joined Milhaus as a Vice President of Real Estate Development before joining Ram Realty Services in 2017. At Ram Realty Services, Krenz holds the position of Vice President of Real Estate Development in North Carolina, where they have worked on various projects, including the development of a mixed-use building in South End and a multifamily building in South End.

Rachel Russell Krenz completed their education in a chronological order. Rachel attended Isidore Newman High School in New Orleans, LA from 1996 to 1999. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at The University of the South from 1999 to 2003, where they studied Art History and Photography. In 2006 to 2008, they attended Goucher College and obtained a Certificate in Historic Preservation. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Rachel attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they completed their Masters in City and Regional Planning with a specialization in Real Estate Development, Design, and Preservation. In 2010 to 2011, they also took coursework in Real Estate concentration at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
