Justin Watlington

Justin Watlington is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Rampart Aviation, LLC since January 2020. With a diverse background, Justin holds certifications as an ATP Rotorcraft, Commercial Instrument, ASEL, and AMEL, along with being a CFI for both Rotorcraft and Airplane Single and Multi. Prior to this role, Justin was the Director of Operations and company test pilot at Aviation Specialties Unlimited from November 2005 to January 2020, focusing on compliance with Civil Aviation Authorities' night vision regulations and airworthiness standards. From June 1986 to June 2007, Justin served as a pilot for the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, operating various rotorcraft and fixed-wing aircraft, including the OH-58 A/C and AH-64A. Additionally, Justin worked as a safety pilot at C.J. Systems from September 2003 to November 2005.
