Caroline Candeias has been working in the customer service industry since 2019. In 2019, they were an Assistente Comercial at Porto Seguro, where they were responsible for providing exclusive and personalized customer service to Itaú's clients/account holders. Caroline was also responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and selling auto insurance (Porto Seguro and Azul Seguros) in a consultative but impactful way.
