Karoline Rodrigues Oliveira has worked in various roles since 2019. Karoline began as an Assistente administrativo at Faculdade Galileu, followed by a role as Professora Eventual at E. E. Prof.ª Pedro Torres. In 2020, they worked as a Custumer Sucess at Solutudo Franchising Brasil, and in 2021 they were a Custumer Success at LAHAR. Currently, they are a Customer Success | Ramper at Ramper, a position they have held since 2022.

Karoline Rodrigues Oliveira has an extensive education history. Karoline began their studies in 2015, when they completed their Licenciatura in Filosofia from Universidade do Sagrado Coração. In 2019, they began their Aluna Especial no Projeto de Mestrado in Docência no Ensino Básico at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, which they are currently completing. Karoline also completed a Curso de Extensão in Filosofia da Educação at the same university in 2021. Karoline is also enrolled in a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Gestão de Pessoas e Marketing at Faculdade Venda Nova do Imigrante – FAVENI, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Karoline has obtained a number of certifications, including Marketing Digital - Módulo 1 from Sebrae, Atendimento ao Cliente from Sebrae, Copywriting from Rock Content, Customer Experience from Rock Content, Customer Success from Rock University, Wordpress na Prática from Rock University, LGPD Aplicada ao Modelo de Negócio da Ramper from GEP Soluções em Compliance, and LGPD Aplicada ao Modelo de Negócio da Ramper - Parte 2 from GEP Soluções em Compliance.
