Fernanda Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Fernanda started their career as an Assistant in Recruitment and Selection at Accenture in 2008. Fernanda then worked as an Assistant in Recruitment and Selection at Luandre RH, where they were responsible for high-volume recruitment and selection for various industries.

Fernanda also obtained a Tecnologo degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Paulista from 2008 to 2009.

In November 2014, they presented the same topic at the 14º Congresso Nacional de Iniciação Científica - CONIC SEMESP. Fernanda is also recognized as a psychologist, although the institution from which they obtained this recognition is unknown.
