Fernanda Oliveira

Fernanda Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Fernanda started their career as an Assistant in Recruitment and Selection at Accenture in 2008. Fernanda then worked as an Assistant in Recruitment and Selection at Luandre RH, where they were responsible for high-volume recruitment and selection for various industries.

After that, Fernanda worked as an Analyst in Human Resources at Carvajal Informação, focusing on recruitment and selection, job analysis, and employee movements. Fernanda also managed training activities and events, conducted new employee onboarding, and developed reports for management.

Later, Fernanda joined Becomex Consulting as an HR Analyst, where they implemented the Human Resources area and carried out generalist tasks such as recruitment and selection, employee development, performance management, and the implementation of quality of life initiatives. Fernanda also coordinated internal guidelines and organized company events.

Fernanda then moved to GO.K - One Step Ahead as a Culture & People Coordinator, leading HR processes such as recruitment and selection, performance management, and employee development. Fernanda also coordinated quality of life actions and organized events for the company.

In 2015, Fernanda worked as a Psychologist in a private clinic, providing counseling and therapy services to clients.

Most recently, Fernanda joined Ramper as the Head of Culture & People. In this role, they are responsible for managing the People team, providing support to the Revenue, Product & Technology areas, and developing processes and guidelines for the company. Fernanda also organizes engagement events and presentations for leadership and the entire team.

Fernanda completed an MBA in Business Management from USP/Esalq from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Psychology. Fernanda also obtained a Tecnologo degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Paulista from 2008 to 2009.

Additionally, Fernanda has obtained several certifications. In December 2014, they presented "Cuidados Paliativos na Adolescência" at the II Simpósio de Iniciação Científica FMU - Laureate. In November 2014, they presented the same topic at the 14º Congresso Nacional de Iniciação Científica - CONIC SEMESP. In July 2013, they published "Brinquedoteca: Cuidado Emocional Durante a Internação" at the Safety, Health and Environment World Congress (SHEWC - COPEC). Fernanda is also recognized as a psychologist, although the institution from which they obtained this recognition is unknown.
