Sharon Needham

Sharon Needham is a seasoned clinical quality professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Since 2007, Sharon has served as the Clinical Quality Partner at Ramsay Health Care UK, focusing on quality improvement, governance, and compliance while leading and collaborating with clinical teams in hospitals. In a previous role as the Corporate Clinical Practice and Compliance Manager, Sharon managed CQC registration compliance, policy writing, and chaired various clinical practice development groups. Prior to joining Ramsay Health Care, Sharon was the Clinical Lead for Commissioning at Capio Health Care from April 2005 to October 2007, ensuring CQC registration for multiple treatment centers and overseeing staff training and policy implementation. Sharon's educational background includes nursing education at Peterborough School of Nursing, complemented by secondary education at Peterborough County School for Girls.
