Intense Case Management, Intern For Community Health Worker at RAMS

Nilda Palacios is an experienced professional in the behavioral health and community health sectors. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Community Health Worker at Lifelong William Jenkins Health Center Medical Care since May 2022, Nilda establishes care for patients in urgent care settings. Additionally, Nilda holds a position as a Mental Health Specialist at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and has served as a Service Coordinator at RAMS, Inc. since January 2020. Nilda has also gained experience as an intern in Intense Case Management at RICHMOND AREA MULTI SERVICES and as a Sales Consultant at Pet Food Express.
