who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role involves creating and amending Quotes, Orders, and Invoices within Salesforce Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a background in RevOps or Finance, with experience in Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Revenue Cloud being a significant asset.
What will you do?
Create, amend, and manage Quotes, Orders, and Invoices in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
Maintain and update Salesforce Revenue Cloud records as required.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues within the revenue operations process.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and efficiency.
What will you bring RamSoft?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Revenue Operations or Finance roles.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Revenue Cloud is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Proficiency in Excel.
