Hooman Khadem

Hooman Khadem currently serves as HR Manager and People Experience Manager at Ramzinex since July 2023. Prior to this role, Hooman was an HR Business Partner focused on Tech & Product at Axon from January to June 2023, responsible for budget management and enhancing employee experience. Hooman's tenure at Divar from February 2021 to January 2023 as Talent and Culture Brand Specialist included managing the budget for talent and culture initiatives. Earlier experience includes co-founding Ghanoonesefrom, an advertising agency, and Balout Studio, a creative agency focused on psychological app development. Hooman holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Allameh Tabataba'i University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from Petroleum University of Technology.
