Cydney Brooks

Cydney Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Cydney is currently employed as a Senior Scientist in Data Curation at Rancho BioSciences since September 2020. Before this, they worked as a COVID-19 Contact Tracer for the Community Tracing Collaborative at Partners In Health from April 2020 to July 2020.

Cydney has also held various roles at Citeline, Inc. starting from July 2004. Cydney served as the Senior Director of Product Management & Strategy from January 2012 to February 2015. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Editorial Special Projects from January 2011 to December 2011. Cydney also worked as the Director of Metabolic/Endocrinology from June 2007 to December 2010 and as a Senior Analyst in the same field from July 2004 to May 2007.

From July 1999 to July 2004, Cydney worked as the Director of Cell & Molecular Biology at AdipoGenix. Cydney also worked as a Freelance Ancillary Internet Developer at Jones & Bartlett Learning from 1999 to 2000.

Earlier in their career, Cydney worked at Harvard Medical School as a Research Fellow from September 1993 to June 1999. Cydney also served as a Lecturer in Cell Biology at Boston University from 1995 to 1997. Their first professional role was as an Assistant Scientist at Roche from 1985 to 1987.

Cydney Brooks holds a Ph.D. in Cell & Molecular Biology from Boston University. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry, magna cum laude, from Bucknell University.
