Courtney Leon

Courtney Leon has a diverse work experience. Courtney started their career in 2011 as a Student Research Assistant at the University of Arizona, where they conducted research on transplant services. In 2011, they also had an internship as a PR/Communications and Development Intern at the Tucson Jewish Community Center.

In 2008, Courtney worked as a Sales Lead at Aeropostale while studying as a student at the University of Arizona. Courtney eventually graduated from the University of Arizona in 2012.

After that, Courtney joined Rancho Sahuarita in 2012, where they held various marketing roles. Courtney started as a Communications Manager, responsible for managing communications with the community residents. Courtney then progressed to become a Marketing Manager and later a Marketing Director. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Marketing at Rancho Sahuarita.
