Rajeev Ramchand

Rajeev Ramchand is a Senior Behavioral Scientist at RAND Corporation, a position held since July 2020, after serving as a Fellow at the Bob Woodruff Foundation where responsibilities included developing impact metrics for military and veteran health. Previously, Rajeev was the Senior Vice President of Research at Cohen Veterans Network, where Rajeev focused on establishing a research foundation and designing studies to improve service delivery for veterans. Rajeev's extensive experience at RAND Corporation spanned over 12 years, conducting research on military mental health, community health impacts from disasters, and other social issues. Early career roles included positions as a Research Analyst at Avalere Health and a Research Assistant at The Urban Institute. Rajeev holds a PhD in Psychiatric Epidemiology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.
