Tasneem Toeffie

Tasneem Toeffie has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tasneem started their career in 2008 as a Training and Development Coordinator at Imperial Bank. Tasneem then moved on to UCS Solutions, where they worked as an HR Support Consultant and later as an HR Business Partner. In 2011, they joined Hollard Insurance as an HR Business Partner and gradually progressed to become the Head of HR for Hollard Group Risk. In 2023, they transitioned to Rand Mutual - RMA, taking on the role of Head: HR Business Partnering.

Tasneem Toeffie is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Henley Business School, with an expected completion date in 2023. In 2019, Tasneem received accreditation as a Consciousness Coach from Conscious Way. Between 2003 and 2007, Tasneem obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, and Advanced Management. Tasneem completed high school education at Allen Glen High School from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Tasneem has also pursued a program called MAP+ in Business Management at Henley Business School.
