Charles Miles

Charles Miles is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in technology, management, and literature. As a VA Accredited Claims Agent at Miles Veterans Claims Agency since February 2022, Charles represents disabled veterans' claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs. Concurrently, as a Software Developer at Rand-Whitney Group, expertise in mobile and web software development is applied using technologies such as Angular and PHP. Charles has authored nine novels and six translations while serving as a consultant. Additionally, extensive experience in nonprofit organizations includes leadership roles such as Executive Director at Veterans for Common Sense and Director of Information Technology at Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation, focusing on organizational management, technical support, and outreach.
