Matt O'Donnell

Matt O'Donnell has extensive work experience in talent strategy and operations, implementation, recruiting operations management, and sourcing. Matt has held positions at Randall Reilly, where they currently serve as the Director of Talent Strategy & Operations. Previously, they worked at PeopleScout as the Director of Implementation and Recruiting Operations Manager. Matt also held roles at ISYS Technologies as a Sourcing Lead and at Sevenstep as a Sourcing Business Partner, Manager of Talent Services, Lead Sourcer, and Sourcer. Their responsibilities in these roles included team development, sourcing strategies, coaching and training, market analysis, and driving sourcing decisions.

Matt O'Donnell obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Canisius University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Matt later pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver, completing the program from 2016 to 2019.
