Nancy Leigh

Nancy Leigh has 20+ years of business-based HR experience, and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources. She and her team manage Talent Acquisition, Benefits Management, Payroll Operations, Employee Relations and HR Compliance. Prior roles in banking, insurance and school administration coupled with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama are the foundation for Leigh in her current position. She has achieved the designations of HRCI-PHR and SHRM-CP. Her community service includes various roles in the SHRM local Chapter and State Boards of Directors, United Way, Junior League, and her church.
