Gabriel Hernandez had held various roles at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union from August 2009 to present, including VP - Consumer Lending Call Center, VP/Branch Operations, Assistant Vice President, and Senior Management Trainee. Prior to this, Gabriel worked at Citi from June 2001 to August 2009 as an EXECUTIVE BRANCH MANAGER. With a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Angelo State University, Gabriel's experience includes consulting with customers on financial objectives, managing branch operations, and driving branch performance to achieve business goals and profitability. Gabriel also values building strong relationships with customers and ensuring exceptional service for customer satisfaction.
